In addition to the organizations he donates to and partners with, Goodman has spearheaded Brutus Pink x The Black Folx initiative in collaboration with the executive producers of Netflix’s hit show Big Mouth. The initiative serves as a personalized eight week mentorship for aspiring Black TV writers. Goodman has plans to expand the program and include folx of color. They also hope to be able to implement the program in other writers’ rooms across the industry.
